Pets Everywhere is located in Kilburn, South Australia, with parking available on Prospect Road and Way Street. Our store is approximately 15-25 minutes from the Adelaide CBD.
Yes. We accept Afterpay and Zip Pay in store.
Yes. For the safety and welfare of our animals, we do not allow pets to leave the store when the temperature exceeds 35°C.
This helps prevent heat stress during transport and ensures animals go home safely.
No. Pets Everywhere does not sell puppies or kittens.
We do, however, stock a full range of cat and dog food, toys, bedding, grooming products, treatments and accessories.
For most animals, no. The only exception is reptiles, which may be shipped on a case-by-case basis. Where approved, reptiles are transported via air freight only, with collection from the destination airport, and only when all state and territory import and export requirements are met. This ensures the highest possible safety and welfare standards during transport.
Holds and lay-bys on pets are generally not available due to space limitations.
Yes. We stock complete starter kits for reptiles and fish, as well as, birds and small animals. Our team can help you choose the right setup for the right pet.
Yes. Pets Everywhere offers a 7-day cooling-off period on all livestock (excluding fish).
We understand that sometimes circumstances change or a pet may not be the right fit. This policy allows you to return your pet if you feel the decision wasn’t right.

Returned within 3 days: 70% refund
Returned within 4–7 days: 50% refund
Cooling-off conditions
Fish are excluded from this policy
The pet must be in the same health and condition as at purchase
You must contact the store before returning the animal
The cooling-off period is 7 days from the date and time of purchase
Proof of purchase must be provided
Pets Everywhere reserves the right to decline a return where appropriate
Yes. We provide a 14-day health guarantee on all pets, provided the animal is examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase (including weekends).
If a vet confirms that your pet had a health or genetic condition present at the time of sale, we will offer a refund or exchange (subject to availability). Written veterinary confirmation is required.
Pets Everywhere may choose to provide treatment through our recommended veterinarian up to the value of the animal’s purchase price.

Health Guarantee Conditions

Pets Everywhere will offer a refund or exchange if the pet was unwell at the time of sale
Veterinary fees are the responsibility of the owner
